I want to preface my review with some history. Back in 2013, I tried to sell my house. I ended up going through two realtors that gave up and said that there isn't anything that they could do. Our house had now been on the market for several months and nearing a year. In comes Joe Bowolick as our 3rd realtor. Joe carried confidence and understood the nuances of the business. Soon enough we had a buyer submit an offer, but our battle was far from over. Without getting into too much detail, the buyers wanted many things done to the house, some of it is unrealistic. Let's just say this. Joe is an excellent negotiator, and he has the ability to dissect and explain complex situations to other realtors and any parties involved so that everyone is on the same page. Because I will say this, not all realtors understand the business. With that said, we sold our house that we thought we would never be able to sell. He also coordinated the purchase of a home shortly after. Enter the present day. Joe once again has sold our house and is currently assisting in the future purchase of our home. Ultimately, the takeaway from this is that I personally would not choose another realtor and consistently call him the best in CT. Joe possesses all the experience and skills necessary to get the job done where others have failed. Joe owns his own business at this point, keeps current with the industry, and even holds training classes (in person and virtually online) to train upcoming realtors. That alone speaks volumes.
